Time for Innovation that Beats Facebook

Bangalore: So we’ve spanned over from communicating via texts in 1992 to maintaining digital identities on social networks and beyond, and when you think about the ground covered in this past couple of decades, one can’t help but be shocked; but the question remains: Now what?

Is there anything to do after Facebook?

A couple of decades ago, according to a report from the Atlantic, the answer was ‘build the Internet’, and around a decade ago, people thought the answer was ‘build the social network’ so they go on it. There were a few social networks that made breakthroughs, but Facebook turned out as the ultimate winner while others faded away. Five years ago, the answer was probably ‘build the mobile web’ but now nobody has a clue as to what to do.

And as if to prove it, we have a dozen of social networks that claim to be better than Facebook in some way and especially since Facebook doesn’t delete your pictures, and shares information with advertisers, but none of them seem to be getting better than others in any way.
