Revealed: What Steve Jobs And Bill Gates Thought About Each Other


Bangalore: "What I can't figure out is why he (Steve Jobs) is even trying (to be the CEO of Apple)? He knows he can't win." Said Bill Gates on Steve Jobs’ return to Apple in 1997, after getting fired by the company he co-founded.

"He just shamelessly ripped off other people’s ideas," said Jobs of Gates accusing Windows OS being a rip off of Mac OS.

There were been countless instances where either of them called for other’s head, and each time the media told tales about the deepening rivalry between the two tech legends, Gates and Jobs.

All said and done, then we find some instances were the tech duo shared that subtle friendship. It was Bill Gates that Steve Jobs ran for help after his comeback to Apple, to resurrect his company.  Bill Gates responded with $150 million investment in Apple. On the other hand, Jobs was in awe inspired by the way Gates handled business.
