Bangalore: Well, Zuckerberg married his long time girlfriend Priscilla Chan in the middle of his IPO fiasco last week. But she is not the one who has been managing the young CEO's life from the past six years.

Meet Anikka Fragodt, Executive Assistant to the CEO of Facebook. If you've ever been to Facebook’s office, you know that an executive assistant is no joke, particularly not at this company. That may be what makes her one of the most influential women at the company, says Pedram Keyani, an engineering manager at Facebook, in an online forum.

Fragodt joined Facebook in its early days, when the social network had just 6 million users and since then, she has been managing and making sure that when the young CEO was indulged in coding and developing the Facebook products, rest of his life ran smooth.

Fragodt’s LinkedIn profile says about her 20 years of assistant experience. She is a graduate from Notre Dame and has worked for companies like Netscape Communications Corp, Siebel Systems, and Doctors Health before joining Facebook in 2006.

One of her former co-worker tells about Fragodt’s work ethic and professional skills, "a rock that multi-tasks like a dynamo but she can always be counted on to be there when you need her." According to another Facebook employee," Fragodt is highly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She's a great person to work with."
