Cloud Computing is Redefining Technology: Subu Goparaju
Bangalore: “These days there is no individual, company, government or any organization that is not worried about innovation,” said Subu Goparaju, Senior Vice President and Head of Infosys Labs & Product R&D at SiliconIndia WebApps Conference held in Bangalore on August 18, 2012.
Talking about Innovations and Brand Challenges, Subu says that there is a paradox when it comes to innovation. He says “On one hand we know everything about innovation and on the other hand none of us really know anything about it. The fact here is everybody has there own challenges and their own way. The issue is none of us really know that many of these challenges have become global in nature predominantly because of speed in transportation and in communication.” Supporting this he gives an example that today a disease can spread worldwide within 24 hours because of connectivity.
