Android Suddenly in Big Trouble This Year!

Bangalore: 2012 has brought with it a number of questions for Android; including whether Google would be abandoning Android. And the trend hasn’t been improving—a Business Insider report stated that the operating system is facing much heat this summer.

The scenario sent to developers one crucial message: Focus on iOS first, and then Android.

One way this could be bad (other than the obvious drop in developer interest to consider Android as second priority) is that where developers go, consumers will follow.
