CISPA is expected to remain dormant unless there is any definite indication of cyber attack. But in case there are any signs of the government getting paranoid because of threat-mails or warnings of unguarded cyber security, CISPA might just help you get arrested for the smallest of your blog or status update directed against the system. Though the CISPA co-author Rep. Mike Rogers says, "We have the votes to pass the bill”, the White House holds the right to decline the proposals unless there is any significant improvements in assuring relevant privacy policies.
