 2. What is the Government’s stand?

The promoters of the act stand firm to their assertion that there are plenty of limitations in the bill that won’t let your private information get abused. Instead they claim that CISPA would be used to avoid the occurrence of a cyber equivalent of Pearl Harbor or 9/11. The act would also restrain the frequent attacks over the American servers by the infamous Chinese Hackers to steal confidential information and secret codes.
