BANGALORE: With 2014 almost nearing its end, the device manufacturers are gearing up to unveil their best gadgets for the festive season ahead. These gadgets are the most anticipated ones within the buyers, so here is the list as compiled by the Times of India.

# Google Nexus 6 or Nexus X [Yet to be unveiled]

After the success of the Google nexus in the market, the company plans to get the upgraded version of the device this year. The phone may be called Nexus x’ and the numbered versions may be ditched. According to the NDTV gadgets, the new nexus is expected to come with a 5.9-inch touch screen display with a resolution of 1440x2560 pixels and a 2K display capabilities on it.

The hardware seems pretty impressive with a 2.7 GHz quad core processor on a snapdragon 805 chipset. The phone has 3GB of RAM and Adreno 420 graphics processor unit. It sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera and a 2.1 mega pixel front snapper and it will run on the Android L.
