The driving force behind Apple, before his death as a tech maniac, now as a Legend. There are numerous things about him, big or small, that never fail to inspire and awestruck you. Here are 7 lessons derived from the random encounters with Steve Jobs, as compiled by Mashable.

#7 Help strangers, to the extent you can

Tim Smith, a principal at Applied Design Group, who came across Jobs upon some situation, inspires this lesson. Smith, who had an old British Sunbeam sports car, one evening, broke in front of Jobs’ house. When he was about to walk to his girlfriends’ house to call a mechanic up, was surprised to see Jobs and Jobs’ wife coming to him. They offered to call a friend who was good with Sunbeam. When Jobs’ friend did come and started mending the issue under the hood, Jobs’ was at wheels. “Nothing Electrical” the friend said, Jobs uttered a dissatisfied curse, and asked Smith into the house from where he could call a Mechanic.
