Bangalore:  The tech-world always hails Steve Jobs for his controlling power, one-man-effort, prophetic thoughts and much more which had led the spit Apple to its heights. Meanwhile Google, though maintaining its radiant engineering talent, fails to bring itself up with a mono-centric managing power.

‘Without being evil’, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, guided by Eric Schmidt, indeed have developed an excellent search engine of all time. The trio made a good beginning and it goes rather smoothly. But the real captain of the ship is not identified yet, which remains an impediment for further growth.

This reflects in its products in one way or the other. Let’s see some of them.

1. The Myth Of Android@Home

In 2011 Google I/O developer conference Google announced a number of new Android toys among which Android@Home seemed to be most vague. The demonstrations by Joe Britt, the Engineering Director, showed how it can be used to control home appliances.

But shortly after its launch, the references to it soon disappeared from the sites. And it still remains as more of a mystery.

Do you think Google needs a Steve Jobs?

1: The fourth column "Cloud Confusion" is denied by me, the writer has not the complete information and he/she write this column in hurry.
Google+ allows you to download the full size images, I daily download Trey Redcliff's wallls from only Google+ and he only have Google+ account which too make him famous among.
This feature depends upon the user, whenever you upload the photo you have the option whether to facilitate the original download feature. Some person doesn't want anyone to download his photos, so that no one can do that.
I usually see that writes of Silicon India writes anything without any practice/proof.
they are mindless this is not the write way of writing.
