Rometty is the current Chairwoman and CEO of IBM, and the first woman to head the company. She’s not a billionaire and owns no private jet like Whitman, but it doesn’t mean that she has not taste for luxury of flying high; far she knows how to enjoy IBM's fleet of jets.

She spent $304,376 for personal travel on the company-owned aircraft last year. She earned $16.1 million in 2012, including perks.

#10 TIBCO'S Vivek Ranadivé got his employment contract legal fees paid

Ranadivé is the founder and CEO of TIBCO, a multi-billion dollar real-time computing company, and is credited with digitizing Wall Street in the 1980s with his first company, Teknekron Software Systems. Last year, he renegotiated his employment contract and the company picked up his $35,000 legal tab for that. He earned $11.2 million total last year, including perks.
