Bangalore: Google, the search giant who recently became a real hardware company, had released a bunch of beautiful products over the years which became an unavoidable part of our life. But as happens with every tech company, Google also had some promising products which failed to justify their existence and got killed in the juvenile stage itself, some even within 24 hours of release.

Here we list the 10 short lived products of Google.

#10 Google Answers

Life Span: April 2002 – November 2006

Google Answers was an online knowledge market offered by Google in response to Yahoo answers. It allowed users to ask questions and for well researched satisfying answers, they can post rewards. The well satisfying answers cost $2 to $200. Google charged 50 cent fee per question and 25 percentage of the researcher’s reward. Clients can also give tip of up to $100. 

The service was fully closed in December 2006, although its archives are still available.
