Uber Launches Windows App


NEW DELHI: Uber, the startup app that connects people with taxis and drivers, has launched its app on the Windows platform.

Using the app, Windows Phone users will be able to book rides, track arrival and pay seamlessly with their registered credit card, a statement said.

As an inaugural offer, Lumia consumers will get an exclusive offer of two free rides worth 500 each on signing up with Uber on their devices, it added.
