Tyroo And Anurag Gupta Acquires DGM India


New Delhi: Tyroo, performance marketing network, has acquired DGM India along with the Managing Director of DGM India, Anurag Gupta in a transaction valued at 3.35 crore. Tyroo, a SVG company, which is a joint venture of Manish Vij’s Vun Network and Harish Bahl’s Smile Group, is a digital media company.

Anurag Gupta, Founder, Promoter and Managing Director, DGM India, said that he is excited to take DGM India along with Tyroo. DGM is on a very fast growth rate and will end the year with $5-6 million annual revenue.

DGM India was founded in 2007, and was a subsidiary of ADH Plc, a London Stock Exchange listed company. The principal activity of the company is the delivery of ROI through affiliate marketing, search engine marketing, display inventory and email, either as individual channels, or as a complete solution.

Both the companies will continue to run separately and Anurag will continue to be the Managing Director of DGM and Tyroo Direct, the company’s performance network arm, will continue to be headed by Siddharth Puri8. Incorporated in 2007, Tyroo currently reaches over 20 million unique users in the country representing over 50 percent reach of India Internet.
