Olacabs To Refund Fares For Missed Flights


Bangalore:  Customers in Bangalore will get a refund to the tune of 5000 in-case Ola reaches late by more than ten minutes and the customer ends up missing the flight. The refund will be made in Ola money and will be credited against the phone number through which the booking was done. The company has a laser sharp focus on providing reliable and predictable cab services and this move creates a monetary guarantee for customers around Ola’s primary service proposition.

Today close to 25% of total cab bookings in Bangalore are airport drops. This offer is valid only for confirmed bookings with a booking ID communicated to the customer. To avail the offer, a customer must have specified ‘Airport’ as the location irrespective of the mode of booking. Also, the compensation is limited to one passenger per booking.
