Bangalore: People are  not born entrepreneurs; it is the surrounding and few qualities that transform a person from being a layman to a business leader. But being an independent businessman can create negatives because being good and getting rich at the same time is technically quite impossible. If an entrepreneur is in the peak of his career people would generally say that he has exploited someone or something which may not be the fact. Chamath Palihapitiya, the executive who was responsible for overseeing Facebook Platform as well as launching Facebook’s online advertising channel delivered a fascinating speech at NASSCOM in Bangalore where he spoke about few rules that can make an entrepreneur good and rich at the same time.

Rule One: Do not Conflate Luck and Skill
Every individual has his own strength and weaknesses that are sometimes backed with a little luck. It is necessary to understand that luck and skill do not go together and are completely two different things.
