An Innovative Initiative!


Bangalore: A Bangalore based firm, Trusted Technology Solutions has taken the initiative to bring about collaboration amongst employers to solve the problem of ethics of candidates while taking up job offers. In the current scenario, candidates have multiple job offers and they accept multiple offers, without ever communicating their regret to those employers, with whom they have no intention to take up employment.

This innovative process has been patented and addresses this problem.  The portal acts like a “black box” wherein the employers roll out job offers through the system and seek acceptance of the offer made.  This secure portal ensures complete confidentiality of the job seeker and the employer.

The system is designed to generate only one certificate of acceptance at any point of time for a job seeker.  The architecture of the portal ensures that it does not violate any fundamental rights of any job seeker or an employer. The “No Shows” are flagged for building the track record of the job seeker.

Many IT companies also face the problem of high attrition and a sizeable percentage is in terms of new joiners absconding (infant mortality) within a month of joining. These disappearances can also be flagged on the portal.

The portal has also analytics built in, to monitor “Credibility Index” and “Ethics Score” of job seekers.  Since this portal does not capture any skill and competency details, this is not a substitute for job portals.

This platform is provided to companies as a service. Companies share the platform with other companies who hire from the same talent pool. Similar models that are being used in other contexts are from CIBIL (CREDIT INFORMATION BUREAU (INDIA) LIMITED), SHCIL (Stock Holding Corporation of India), NSDL, and others.  While these bodies cater to the various facets of financial transactions, e stamping and more, for individuals and corporates, the above portal focuses on only the employment contracts and relationships between employers and employees. This is in short an e-notarizing portal to authenticate communication between employers and employees/ job seekers.
