Forbes named her as “Fashion’s New Phenom,” Also Amoruso’s rising success and business savvy was touted for being “up there with retail’s most profitable ventures.”

Nasty Gal is a clothing e-retailer that specializes in fashion clothing, shoes, and accessories for young women. The name is inspired by Betty Davis album, for her truculent and breathtaking style.

Amoruso also debuted her highly anticipated, first book, titled #GIRLBOSS under the Portfolio and Putnam imprints of Penguin Random House, which is supposed to be a one third memoir, one third management guide and one third girl manifesto.
