There are various questions in the mind of an employee which must be answered. What is the plan of the company? How are we starting it? What role does the employee have and how will that affect the company? Question yourself on all these, so that you understand the woes of your employees.

Explain:  Analyze your team members. Answer all the questions he asks on the above grounds, and how it helps him grow as a person. Tell him how his or her performance affects the team or the company as a whole.
