Bangalore: Last decade saw the unadulterated flow of MBA graduates from all over the country and abroad because general convention dictates that an individual can only go so far in the corporate world without a MBA degree. Traditional ways are fool proof and most of the times they yield results, which is why such ways have been accepted as traditional but there is the unconventional path that, every once in a while, an individual will tread. It is like Robert Frost’s, “The Road Not Taken.”

Today we can see numerous startups coming up and what is more eye-catching is that these startups are not founded by MBA graduates, who are fully qualified to navigate the corporate markets, instead these new ventures are initiated by engineers and college dropouts. These are the men and women who are putting India on the global picture with their innovative products and business models. So the debate seeks to answer the question, Is knowledge of MBA graduates greater than experience of startup entrepreneurs?
