Well here is a list of Startups by women that are changing the world. These Startups range from technology that is unthinkable to educational oriented business to help learning be fun for kids. So, here are some of these Startups as compiled by Business Insider.

Wanelo:

The name of the company is made up of the first two letters of the words “Want, need and love”. This Startup was created by Deena Varshavskaya who was the youngest member to be part of the board of directors at Wet Seal’s. Wanelo is a platform for buyers who can browse through any product in the world, online. Wanelo has raised over $14 million in two rounds from investors.

uBeam:

This Startup was started by Meredith Perry, who got the idea when she was sitting in a college lecture and her computer ran out of charge. Annoyed with this she came up with the idea of ultrasound waves to wirelessly charge devices. She has raised over $23 million in investments. uBeam will be a huge success since there are mobile users all around the world and the frustration from battery charge getting over will cause people to invest into this technology.

WeeSpring:

An E-commerce platform for parents and new mom’s, WeeSpring has parents and expecting parents in mind. On this platform users can ask for advice, compare products and share stories. This company was cofounded by Melissa Post and Allyson and Jack Downey. The founders have raised $700k from investors.
