Christina Tosi, the first female judge on MasterChef, has gone from David Chang's menu consultant to a James Beard awarded pastry chef who runs her own empire. She has built up an empire of fans since the opening of her first Milk Bar seven years ago. Thousands of fans flock to the Milk Bar everyday to taste Tosi’s creations like Cereal Milk soft-serve ice cream, Birthday Cake Truffles and, her most famous concoction, Crack Pie. She also has a long list of collaborations with Kellogg’s and American Express.
