Chandipur beach, Odisha:

Located in the eastern part of the country, Odisha has a coastline of 485 km along the Bay of Bengal. The beaches in Odisha have always been a favourite among beach lovers for its captivating beauty. Chandipur beach, one among the several beaches in the state of Odisha is located at a distance of 16 kms from Balasore railway station. This beach is a unique one compared to other beaches as the water tides recede from 1 to 5 km during low tide while it returns only when high tides advance to the shore. This rare phenomenon enhances the beauty of the  whole landscape. The portrait of casuarinas trees, long stretches of golden sands, blue waters, trails of shells gives the tourists a truly wonderful experience. The ideal time to visit this unique beach is in the month of March.

Marari beach, Kerala:

Located in Southern India on the Malabar coast, Kerala presents tourists, some amazing beaches to visit. One such beach named Marari is located in Alappuzha district of the state. Coconut trees bordering the white sand gives the place an asthetic setting. Tourists can indulge in different kinds of water sports like surfing, parasailing, swimming and beach volleyball. Cochin Airport acts as the nearest airport while Mararikulam Railway Station is in close proximity to the beach. The apt season to visit this serene beach is from September to March.
