Ian Usher, a sky diver who emigrated from Britain to Australia, sold everything he owned, after his wife left him. He earned £192,000 by putting his three bedroom house and all its contents for sale on eBay along with his job as a sales assistant at a rug shop and his friends. With only cash in his hand, he made a bucket list of 100 things to do. Till date, he has achieved 93 of them, and also owns an island in the Caribbean. What more, Disney is making a Hollywood movie about him. Now that’s motivational.
