 # Engine

Yamaha R3

The Yamaha R3 comes with a 321cc twin-cylinder, 4-Stroke, liquid-cooled engine churning out about 42PS of power and a peak torque of 29.6 Nm. As much as the specs are interesting to look at, the bike is loaded with good amount of looks and features which is just enough to blow the minds of a super bike enthusiast.

Ninja 300

Secondly, the Ninja 300 is not all behind with the looks and performance with a 296cc, twin cylinder giving out 39PS of power falling behind compared to the R3 on paper. The bike has dominated the entry level super bike market from quite some time now and has received some good reviews with a strong foot hold in the segment.

KTM RC 390 Lastly, the bike which has been taking the market on a storm with its quick engine and eye popping looks is definitely the RC 390. The bike has attracted a wide range of younger crowd towards it making one of the most preferred choices out there. The bike brings in a single cylinder, 373cc engine with an output of 43BHP of power and 35Nm of torque.

Though a single cylinder, it makes more torque and power than the twin cylinder offerings, thanks to its longer bore and stroke and weight which is much lesser than the two rivals. But definitely, the twin cylinder competitors offer much smoother rides compared to the RC here.
