BANGALORE: Designer clothes are dream of all the fashionistas. The fabrics, textures, patterns and styles changes with the seasons and there will be always a motion in the trends. Thus making it big in fashion designing is not as easy as we think. The glamorous world is filled with competition and creativity. Anamika Khanna

Anamika khanna is the first ever Indian designer to launch her international label ‘Ana-Mika’ with the funding of 2 million pounds in 2004. She showcased her spring or summer collection Botanist in the 2005 Wills India Fashion Weekend. Her dream run started in 2007 when she became one of the first Indian designers to showcase their brand in Paris Fashion Week along with Manish Arora. In 2009, Khanna was the finale designer at Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) Fall/Winter 09.

She has also participated in The India Premier London Fashion Week's autumn/ winter 2010 as a designer she has proved herself over the years by designing for the bollywood fashion diva Sonam Kapoor. She was hired by the Nawab family for their daughter Soha Ali khan’s wedding and often Sonakshi sinha appears in Ana-Mika creations.
