The latest variant of Indica is the Tata Indica V2 Turbomax DLE and Tata Indica V2 Turbomax DLS which is comprised of a more powerful engine along with greater fuel efficiency. The engine of the new variant produces a top power of 71 Ps at 4500 rpm and generates a peak torque of 135 Nm at 3500 rpm by 1405cc, 475 IDI Turbo Intercool Diesel engine. The Tata Indica V2 comes with 1396cc, 4 Inline cylinders that develop a max power of 53.5 Ps at 5500 rpm and belts out highest torque of 85 Nm at 2500 rpm.

When it comes to mileage, 13.6 kmpl in city and 17.2 kmpl on highways is what the new Indica offers while the Turbomax variant offers a mileage of 19 kmpl on highways and 14.5 kmpl in city limits.

Price:

The Tata Indica is tagged starting from Rs 3.72 lakh to Rs 4.58 lakh. The hatchback is also one of the most preferred hatchbacks for an average Indian.
