Fiat To Price Its Limited Edition Punto Sportivo At 7.1 Lakh


BENGALURU: Yet again Fiat has launched a new limited variant edition of Punto Sportivo. Fiat India after launching its Abarth Punto, has now rolled out a special edition of the Punto Evo in the country naming it the Punto Sportivo, according to cartrade.com.

Fiat is finally getting aggressive, no matter whatever the way is. Fiat in India is trying its best to sell its limited portfolio. . It is trying its best to sell its models and all this just weeks after the launch of Abarth. Fiat now, is all set in preparing to launch a limited-edition Punto Evo. The all new Punto Sportivo is based on the base Active trim and will get added features and cosmetic changes to make it look different from the standard car.

Hosting a variety of exciting and new features, the car looks sporty and stylish. The exterior kit of the car features a red body and a white roof, new Sportivo decal, new design 15’’ alloys, sporty rear spoilers, chrome garnish on ORVM and rear parking sensors. While the interior upgrades consists of the interior kit comprises new seat covers, 6.5” touch screen infotainment system, special carpet mats with FIAT branding and special flat door sill.

However when it comes to the power train of the car, the new Punto Sportivo has no mechanical changes made to the car. It continues the 1.3-litre Multijet diesel engine that is paired to a five-speed manual transmission. This powertrain belts out a maximum power of 75bhp at 4,000rpm and 197Nm of torque at 1,750rpm.
