Festival of Short Films that are Shot Only on Mobile Phones

BENGALURU: Filmmaking is an entertaining as well as good revenue earning profession in the present day. Now-a-days people are more of willing to invest on Films rather than shares. That’s the impact film making has created all over the world. These days film making is not constrained to only professionals, as normal cameras and smartphones are enough to shoot short films, so what you need is a money spinning idea. Smartphone’s with moviemaking apps and High quality camera has encouraged most of the filmmakers to be in the trade.

Mobile Film Festival

Paris is organizing its 11th Mobile Film festival, which selects 75 one-minute films from 27 countries, shot on a specific theme. This year the focus is on the intimidating thoughts on climate change that will be held in the last week of September.

Cinephone International Smartphone Short film Festival

This film fare is known to exist since 2012. The event organized by Spain, hosts films that are completely shot on mobile phone. The booking of the show commences from the 1st of January to the 31st of August. The festival is held usually in Barcelona on 16th of October every year. 

The Original iPhone Festival

This Film festival supports exotic, revolutionized method of film making. The event was first performed in 2011 at New York. The constraint is that the film must be shot using iPhone or an iPad. The festival is going to be held in the month of January.

iPhone Film Festival

Unlike “The Original iPhone Festival” this event organized at California allows or acknowledges films shot on any mobile device, with just one rule i.e mandatorily minimum of 70 percent of the film  must have been shot on iPhone.

International Mobile Film Festival

In the upcoming year this festival will be rejoicing its 6th year anniversary on 29th & 30th of April, 2017 in San Diego, California. Unique film resource and knowledgeable environment, makes the event much more happening.
