Check-In Hampi to Experience Thrill Amidst Of Nature

Hampi even offers water sport where you can hop into coracles or round shaped boats and reach Anegundi by crossing Tungabhadra River. You can even experience splendid view of sunset while crossing the river and also visit various live music sessions. The coracles are available at 150 where a fisherman will assist you to reach Anegundi or cross the river by ferries managed by government at 10 per ride.

Nature and wildlife lovers can visit ‘Daroji Sloth Bear Sanctuary’ which is conservation centre for the Indian sloth bear. The sanctuary is located 20 km away from hustling and bustling streets of Hampi. Around 100 sloth bears, vibrant bird species, and variety of butterflies habitat the sanctuary.

 After all tiring adventures and thrills, it seems amazing to get blessed by an elephant. Interestingly, at Virupaksha Temple an elephant named ‘Lakshmi’ bless people with her trunk. It can be a splendid experience to bath the elephant in the river and experience showers of water from her.
