Bollywood Stars and their Expensive Cars!

BENGALURU: With money comes luxury, which also means expensive gifts. While buying mansions and property might be a priority, the first thing top-draw celebrities seem to blow their cash is on expensive, state-of-the-art cars. And they are never just done with one ride are they? No mate! When you own an expensive garage, it simply cannot have empty spaces. Here are a pick of the mean machines– our Bollywood hunks and gorgeous ladies own:

First on our list is obviously King Khan. This man loves the extravagant way and has taken it to a notch higher. Be it with his mansions, both at home and overseas, his suits, his watches and of course his cars. In a parking space that boasts of cars which every man dreams about, there is a new addition which zips through the streets at an extraordinary speed. It is the Bugatti Veyron Lads! Stop drooling!

Next up is Big B. Known for his love of cars, he is said to cherish each one of his collections in a way they should – like his lady love. Chief among them is a Rolls Royce Phantom, a gift from director Vidhu Vinod Chopra for his act in the titular character of Eklavaya.

When I say gifts, there is one celebrity couple that comes to my mind. After his short ‘so called’ stint in jail, Sanjay Dutt seems to be enjoying the high life now. Receiving a Bentley as a birthday gift from his wife Manyata, Sanjay has now bought her a Rolls Royce Ghost as a token of his overflowing love.

Talking of Rolls Royce, “Songstress” PiggyChopps has finally bought the car of her dreams – a Rolls Royce Ghost again in the list. The car, which is worth an estimated 2crore, was sent for customization. Obviously! Our new lady in LA needs her ride to be special. Oh! Did I forget to mention? Guys out there should know that she also owns and rides a Harley Davidson. In your face male chauvinism!

While cousin Priyanka has moved on to bigger and better things (debatable), Parineeti has not done so bad herself. With the dilemma of whether to buy a car or a house, this new fitness freak has vetoed on the latter to gift herself a brand new Jaguar XJL 2. Not bad girl! (My Alto says hi!)

Talking about Bollywood and Automobiles, how can we forget John Abraham? The ‘Dishoom’ star (forgive the reference) is known for his love of bikes and his garage boasts some of the sexiest two wheelers one can dream about. Although his draw towards two wheelers is like magnets of opposing poles, John is also said have taken towards his cars, especially his Lamborghini Gallardo. Begs the question – Who is not?

Not too famous for his knowledge or love of cars, turns out the ‘Perfectionist’ is also an auto-junky of sorts. But Amir prefers comfort over speed and this came to light when he bought a custom made Mercedes S600 luxury sedan for a whopping 10crore! Comfort level – MAXIMUM!!
