6 New Cars Confirmed For Indian Market In 2015


BENGALURU: The coming year is going to see some latest number of launches at various times and in varying price brackets. CEO and chairman of Renault-Nissan Alliance confirmed that the company is developing all new vehicles to meet the specific demands of new car buyers in the world’s fastest growing economies. Nissan will focus on the Datsun low cost car range, while Renault will concentrate on some of its current and face lifted models to break the jinx in the Indian car market. Mentioned below is a list of cars approved for Indian market for 2015, as reported by Cartoq.

Datsun Go+

The Go+ will be launched in India on 15th of January 2015, as Nissan’s first big launch for the next year. The Datsun Go+ is an MPV repetition of the Go hatchback. The Go+ can be seen as Go hatchback only with a new body style and 7 seat feature, as most of the mechanicals and features are borrowed from the hatchback version. The car will have a 1.2 litre HR12DE triple cylinder petrol motor in 67 Bhp-104 Nm state of tune, while torque transmission to the front wheels will be operated by a 5 speed manual gearbox. Listing it among one of the most affordable cars in India, Go+ is to be launched at a rate of under 4 lakhs.
