This heart-shaped bag is handcrafted with 18-carat gold and encrusted with 4,517 diamonds, 105 of them yellow, 56 pink, and 4,356 colorless. The diamonds on the bag weigh an enormous total of 381.92 carats. It was crafted by ten artisans working for a total of 8,800 hours.
