Chocopologie Chocolate is made by Fritz Knipschildt, a chef from Denmark, who founded the Knipschildt Chocolatier Company in 1999 which is also called the La Madeline au Truffe. This extravagant chocolate is made of 70 percent of Valrhona dark chocolate with vanilla at its base. Heavy cream, sugar, and truffle oil are also added to the chocolate to create the perfect masterpiece, and is decorated by sugar pearls before being sold. However, the chocolates are only available by pre-order and have a shelf-life of seven days, and have to be eaten within that time.
