The countries are rated on the basis of being the best at incorporating the trend of being the fairest and just. Here are the top ten countries ranked high on the ‘Civil Justice’ parameter, as per the World Justice Project (WJP), 2012. The project focuses on the sound establishment of the 'rule of law' in 97 countries worldwide on the civil justice index.

10 Austria
Score: 0.74
Austria secured the tenth position on the civil justice list. Civilian justice system today is a universal legal system.  It is designed for ordinary people to be able to resolve their grievances effectively and peacefully. In Austria the current approach is to prevent civil crime  by prevention enforced by punishment and education.

9 New Zealand

New Zealand is given the ninth place on the civil justice index. New Zealand explains civil justice as a dispute between individuals and organizations. It generally doesn’t involve breaking a criminal law.
