Internet is born neutral; by born I mean  that internet is neutral. Berners-Lee the father of World Wide Web says that internet was designed as a neutral medium with a vision that anyone anywhere in the world could share knowledge and ideas without any permission from anyone or any CEO, government department or committee. In short he says "each 'packet' of data must be treated equally by the network." This openness provided by the internet founded the platform for innovation.
