Narendra Modi to Pakistan: We Will not Forget the Uri Attack

BENGALURU: PM Modi launched a blistering attack on Pakistan regarding the deadly attack in Uri on 18th September. He was addressing BJP’s national council meeting at Kozhikode, Kerala. The Indian Prime Minister questioned the failed leadership of the neighboring country and warned that India will isolate Pakistan on international forums and expose their hands in exporting cross-border terrorism. As reported by The Business times, PM Modi was addressing a public gathering for the first time after the Uri attack where India lost its 18 brave soldiers.

Modi went for an all-round attack on Pakistan by holding them directly responsible for the cowardly terrorist attack. He said that one Asian country is involved in spreading terrorism in the whole region. That country is a safe haven for the terrorists from where they export terror around the world. The PM gave reference of attacks in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Paris and others and said that either the engaged terrorist is from that country or currently residing there, after committing the crime.

Narendra Modi lashed out at Pakistani leaders who said that we will fight with India for next 1000 years, by saying that let’s fight to end poverty, illiteracy, unemployment. Take the challenge and let’s see who will win the race. He further extended that India never surrendered for terrorism and will never do it in the future, we will continuously work to overpower it. Modi assured safety of the whole country and paid tribute to the bravery and valor of the Indian Army.

Congress spokesperson, Manish Tiwari, targeted PM by saying that his speech in Kerala was only shooting the breeze after the Uri attack, without any policy or plan of action. He blamed that ruling party is making blunt statements to hide their inefficiency in tackling such kind of terrorist attacks. The ruling party in Kerala, CPI (M) attacked the central government by saying that they are lacking policies to deal with issues of Kashmir and Pakistan.
