BENGALURU: Modi government has brought India to new heights making India, one of the global leaders in this fast paced economy. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) changed what couldn’t be changed from many years. BJP overthrew Congress led government and claimed the center stage. His splendid majority during general elections created history in India as no political party had won by such a large majority, as BJP did.

Quick Response When Needed

The Modi government was blazing fast in providing support to other countries, including Nepal. Indian External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj was praised by PM Modi himself for operation “Raahat”, which rescued around 4,741 Indian nationals from Yemen.

Over 125 Million Bank Accounts Started

According to a report by World Bank, the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) opened nearly 125 million bank accounts as of January 2015. Under this scheme, accidental insurance cover of 1 lakh and overdraft facility of 5000 is provided. In addition to this, higher compensation for crop damage was announced to help farmers.
