City Montessori School is the world’s biggest school that offers education up to the level of under-graduation, in Lucknow, India. The school was founded in 1959 by Bharti Gandhi and Jagdish Gandhi.

The school has over 20 branches in total, 1,000 classrooms, 3,700 computers and staff strength of 3800.  In 2012 its enrollment has reached over 45,000 pupils, a world record.
