Mazdakism- Iran

Mazdakism was found by Mazdak, a Persian reformer and religious activist who claimed to be a prophet of God, and instituted communal possessions and social welfare programs. The followers believed themselves as a mixture of “light, the good one and darkness, the evil one.” Their ultimate aim is to remove the components of dark through good conducts. Despite the concepts of good conduct and Pacifism, the followers of Mazdak raided the palaces and harems of the rich, removing the valuables to which they believed they had equal rights.
