10 Majestic Skyscrapers Set to Rule Indian Skies

Bangalore: India is moving well-ahead in terms of infrastructure developments. There are many upcoming structures in many Indian cities that will change the whole landscape of the nation i.e. the capability to beautify the cities. Let’s take a sneak peak at the names of such buildings as listed by Rediff-

1. India Tower:

India Tower, also known as the Dynamix Balwas Tower or the DB Tower, is a 126 storey, 718-metre (2,356 ft) super-tall skyscraper that began construction in the city of Mumbai in 2010. Constructing by Dynamix Balwas (DB) Realtors as a mixed Hotel, Residential and Retail project, this super-tall skyscraper is expected to take 6 years to complete. When compared with other tallest buildings in the country, India Tower is so tall that it will really look like a ‘Gulliver’ standing among ‘Lilliputians’ even in India’s Skyscraper City - Mumbai. This is because as of 2012 the tallest building of India is the Two Imperial Towers in Mumbai. The Mumbai Imperial Tower I and II are only 254 meters or 833 feet tall. That means the new India Tower will be nearly 3 times the height of the current highest building in India.
