New York :The dress worn by actress Natalie Portman at the recent Academy Awards ceremony has fetched $50,000.
The "Black Swan" actress sported the vintage 1954 Christian Dior gown on the red carpet and as she presented the best actor Oscar award to Jean Dujardin.
The strapless red frock went on sale online after the ceremony. It has been bought by a London-based businessman, reports nypost.com.
