Mumbai : At 63, veteran actress Hema Malini looks as young as ever. She eats healthy, keeps herself fit with regular dancing, but also says there's no harm in using anti-ageing techniques.
"Anti-ageing is for all of us and with these newer techniques we can look all good, feel better and become healthier," said Hema.
But what's the beauty secret behind the flawless skin of Bollywood's 'dream girl'?
"I drink a lot of water to keep my skin glowing and also to keep myself away from dehydration," she told IANS.
