I want to suggest you "MindArray IPM", It is an advanced tool which provides you holistic view of your IT environment, and allows to easily see what is happening around network in terms of analytics, trending and custom views at one glance. Other vendors simply don’t give you the entire picture of what is going on in your environment.

3: Thanks for the list of tools to consider. I can add one more tool which is named Anturis which is rather good at monitoring web apps, servers, sites and so on.
