NVIDIA, with its GPU-accelerated computing technology NVIDIA CUDA parallel computing platform and programming model, enables dramatic increases in computing performance by harnessing the power of GPUs.

IBM, NVIDIA to Supercharge Corporate Data Center Applications, Next-Generation Supercomputers

In November, NVIDIA and IBM announced plans to collaborate on GPU-accelerated versions of IBM’s wide portfolio of enterprise software applications, a collaboration that aims to enable IBM customers to more rapidly process, secure and analyze massive volumes of streaming data.NVIDIA and IBM also plan to integrate the joint-processing capabilities of NVIDIA Tesla GPUs with IBM POWER8 CPUsin IBM Power supercomputers, aiming to deliver a new class of technology that maximizes performance and efficiency for all types of scientific, engineering, big data analytics and other high performance computing (HPC) workloads.

IIT Bombay Named India’s First CUDA Center of Excellence

NVIDIA named the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay as the first CUDA Center of Excellence (CCoE) in India, the highest honor given to institutions for ground-breaking educational programs and research using NVIDIA GPU accelerators and the CUDA parallel programming environment.
