ICICI Securities Installs CDC's Pivotal CRM Solution

Bangalore: ICICI Securities has announced that it has successfully deployed CDC CRM Solutions, a financial services and insurance CRM solutions from CDC Software.

Headquartered in Atlanta in United States, CDC is an enterprise software and service company. The Pivotal CRM solutions offer in-depth monitoring of the Sales and Lead Management in various levels of the company. The Claims Pivotal CRM renders tactical support for the entire customer life cycle encompassing Marketing, Sales and Service. It is responsible for substantial cost reduction and providing a flexible solution, with more emphasis on Security. ICIC Securities announced that it has deployed the solutions across its 3000 associates. Its highly customizable option enables the businesses to synchronize with new innovative practices on CRM through a graphical user interface, while the Pivotal solution offers readily-built features for organizations; thereby, cutting costs on customizing.

The latest version of Pivotal CRM, Pivotal 6 delivers some of the CRM services such as Lead management and processing, Configurable sales business logic , Individual level forecasting, Group level forecasting, Executive level forecasting, Configurable opportunity management, Account management, Order capture, Geo-coding and mapping; and Quote and Proposal management. Also, offering services such as sales force automation (SFA), mobile CRM, partner management; and Analytics and call scripting. The Pivotal CRM is implemented using the Microsoft.NET framework. The solutions are embedded with Microsoft business products such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.

Furthermore, the product finds its use in applications such as Private banking and wealth management, Commercial banking, Institutional asset management, Mutual fund wholesaling and Capital markets. Apart from Financial services, the Pivotal CRM is capable of rendering dynamic support for Medical device manufacturing, Healthcare insurance, manufacturing and Home building and real estate.
