Hewlett-Packard India Invites Youth To Share Their Success Stories


NEW DELHI: Computer maker Hewlett-Packard (HP) has launched a campaign, Bend the Rules, which celebrates how youth in India are taking the unconventional road to success.

Its brand ambassador Deepika Padukone is also associated with the campaign.

HP India HP is inviting Millennials to share their stories, by uploading a video on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter or YouTube using the hash-tag #BendTheRules, on how they have bent the rules to achieve success, the firm said in a release.

Millennials or Generation Y is used to describe people generally born between 1982 and early 2000s.

A winning entry from India will get a chance to share their inspiring story with a larger audience through a short film which will be aired on Bindass, a popular youth entertainment TV channel in India, it added.

Millennials strive for success at an early age using the power of technology and HP India is inviting them to share their stories.

"India has one of the youngest populations in the world, and through the #BendTheRules campaign, we are highlighting the ideas and philosophies of this generation," HP India Head Marketing (Printing and Personal Systems) Lloyd Mathias said.

Keeping millennials' needs in mind, HP has a range of stylish, yet productive notebooks, tablets and hybrid devices that will enable them to go that extra mile, he added.
