However, World Economic Forum has come out with Human Capital Report that listed some of the countries with the best workforce in the world. In fact the study was conducted on three main parameters like education, healthcare system, and work environment.

So let’s take a look at some of the countries that have the best workforce in the world listed by Rediff.

1. India

Though India is among the fastest growing countries in the world, it ranks 78^th on the list of 122 countries. The country is lacking behind its Asian competitors like Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and China.

The report however ranked Indian education system at 63, healthcare at 112 and environment at 67.
