BANGALORE: Chicago based proprietary trading firm and its CEO Raj Fernando have donated around 1.7 million over the last years that include various gifts worth around $100,000. Fernando is a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and serves on the boards of Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Paws Chicago.

Fernando is a highly compassionate person and has a continuous involvement in philanthropic organization. He has recently donated to Paws Chicago with respect to Chopper Trading founder and he rescues dogs, Chopper and Scout. Fernando’s tenderness extends his list of contribution to a far level say it is a matter of Global concern or Natural Disaster, his kind heart follows the smart businessman. Fernando’s colleagues are on a way of philanthropy as their boss is, matching donations have been made by the employees to more than 100 charities, claimed by Crain’s Chicago Business

“Honestly, we're all over the place,” says Fernando who has his active participation towards cancer treatment and research, arts and education. Fernando’s benevolent soul seems to have no limit to help the needy ones in any case scenario and he proclaims to have no exact record of the donation made, it was reported he has given $100,000 to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund, a collaboration of former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush to help Haitians rebuild after the 2010 earthquake.
