The 29 year old American entrepreneur Brit Morin is at the top of the list. She is the founder and CEO of Brit + Co, a media and e-ecommerce platform for DIY aimed at women and girls. The platform helps the users to connect with makers, designers, chefs, and inventors to build a community of creativity.

The online platform has more than 10 million users in world wide. Before starting her own business she was an employee of Apple iTunes and later worked at Google for four years.
